It's amazing but the fact is that little babies have much more needs and demands than grown-ups when it comes to going on holidays. And the younger your baby is the more likely you as a parent can have your worries regarding your family holidays in Tuscany.
Luckily, Tuscany is definitely one of the family friendly vacation spots, and can with no doubt offer baby friendly vacations. It all starts with choosing the right accommodations in Tuscany. There are various accommodations that can provide your little baby or a toddler with:

Every parent knows: kids love animals, and I can't imagine family holidays in Tuscany without visiting Tuscany Zoos.
I remember the first time we took our daughter Lorena to the Zoo in Tuscany, she was so impressed and happy. That was a wonderful day!
Luckily zoos in Tuscany are numerous, and some of them are incorporated with natural parks. Some zoos are specialized on reptiles, some on wild animals or birds. There is also a number of aquariums where you can enjoy watching spectacular dolphin shows (quite impressive to see for adults too) and underwater life from the sea surrounding Tuscany.
Most of Tuscany zoos are fully equipped to welcome families with babies and children providing playgrounds, restaurants and other useful things.
Visit the link below to find more information about each zoo individually. Description, opening hours, zoo photos and much more:
Family holidays in Tuscany are hard to imagine without visiting Tuscany water parks. Visiting water parks can guarantee your family a lot of fun, especially to its younger members.
However, water parks in Tuscany take care of both children and adult visitors. You will find there swimming pools and water slides, tanks for soap football and hot tubs, various sea animals (like dolphins), bars, restaurants and much more.
Visit the waterparks link below for a list of water parks in Tuscany and other useful info like photos, description, opening hours, requirements and more.
Walking tours, on my opinion, will best satisfy the travel curiosity of families with older (teenage) children. Walking tours Tuscany presume you walking a lot, so think twice before choosing them for your family holidays in Tuscany when you have babies or toddlers.
You may choose for individual or organized walking tours between splendid Tuscan hills and villages - find more details about this at Hiking Tuscany and Tuscan wine tours - or walking tours Tuscany through the most famous (and historically valuable) Tuscan cities like Florence, Pisa or Siena.
In the Walking tours Tuscany link below you'll find the most interesting sightseeing suitable for walking tours for your family holidays. All is orientated on traveling with older children and teenagers.
Tuscany sightseeing bus is another perfect alternative to walking tours. Most of major Tuscan cities provide this service during high traveling season.
In short, there are specialized open roof buses that have a schedule and itinerary to follow. Normally they go through all the historical parts and other sightseeing of the city.
I'd recommend sightseeing bus more to families with babies and little children (who can't walk long hours) or to the older people to rest their legs. Sightseeing bus has most of the advantages of walking tours in Tuscany and it's a fun way of going through the most interesting locations for your family holidays in Tuscany.
Since often the sightseeing buses are with open roofs I'd recommend using sunscreen with appropriate SPF factor.
Check out the link below for more information, itineraries and prices of all sightseeing buses of major Tuscan cities.

Tuscany Beaches are ideally created for vacations with babies and children.
Elite crowded sandy beaches on the north of the Tuscan coast with its Versilia, picturesque mountains, bays and lagoons of Livorno province and natural wild Tuscany beaches of Maremma on the south of Tuscany let anyone find his favorite of all the Tuscany beaches.
A day spent on the beach in Tuscany is a guaranteed fun for both children and adult travelers. Everyone can find his/her own desired activity on Tuscany beaches. They are well equipped with bars and restaurants, clubs and discos, and places for specific water sports like sailing, surfing, water-skiing and much more.

Tuscan cuisine is authentic, rich and tasteful. I'm sure your children will love Tuscan biscotti and other delicious pastries and deserts.
There are also many museums and natural parks especially created for school age children.
