Italy Zoo Parco Gallorose is one of the great zoos in Italy located near Cecina in Livorno province of Tuscany.

Having recently visited Gallorose park in Cecina with my children and husband (and having spent a wonderful day!) hereby I would like to share some zoo photos, facts and other remarks regarding visiting Parco Gallorose Italy zoo.

Parco Gallorose - It All Starts Here...

Parco Gallorose zoo entrance is easily accessible by car and provides a big parking space for cars and tourist buses.

The Gallorose zoo provides well maintained walking paths of total 3000 meters. You will be surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants as you walk around.

Perfect Zoo for Children

Gallorose Park is a best zoo to visit in Tuscany with children as it also has beautiful statues, flowers and decorations to add fun to your kids zoo experience.

My children were happy playing there and taking photos with small baby friendly statues located all around. Small benches to take a break and relax were very useful, too.

Zoo Opening Hours and Prices

You should know that Parco Gallorose zoo in Italy is open from March 1 to October 15 from 9:30 till sunset.

From October 16 to March 14 the zoo is opne on the week-ends and public holidays from 10:00 till sunset.

From December 26 to January 6 the zoo is open daily from 10:00 till sunset.

The zoo prices are the following:

• Babies under 90 cm tall - free (babies height is measured at the entrance)
• Children from 90 cm of height till 7 years old - 6 EURO
• Adults - 7 EURO
