If you are not sure of opening hours Italy supermarkets, shops or commercial centers I'd recommend consulting a website called Aperto Domenica. It will give you always an updated info about business hours in Italy for a given Sunday or national holiday.

The website is in Italian only, although the navigation is really easy and straightforward also for non-Italian speaking nationals.

In order to consult specific pharmacies working hours in Italy you may go to Farmacie Aperte. The same thing here: the website is in Italian language only but the navigation is quite simple.
